Mason Onyx Shishaware Bowl
The Onyx Shishaware Bowl is crafted by Mason Shishaware using a proprietary clay body developed specifically to optimise session performance. Made from thermal shock resistant stoneware, this bowl is engineered to deliver slow, thorough heat distribution while maintaining an even temperature throughout the session.
The specialised clay formulation includes thermal resistant additives that help protect the bowl from the extreme heating and cooling cycles experienced during use. This results in consistent performance, long lasting sessions, and excellent durability over time.
The Onyx features a unique stem design that keeps molasses juices inside the bowl, preventing them from dripping into the base. This helps extend flavour life while keeping your water clean for future sessions. A clear glazed cooking surface allows for easy cleaning after use.
Designed as a refined variation of the phunnel style, the Onyx includes Shishaware Spokes on the cooking surface. These spokes help promote a deep and even cook through the flavour rather than just underneath it. They also assist in dividing your pack into equal thirds, making it easier to portion and balance flavour mixes.
Using a production casting process, Mason ensures consistency across every bowl, including cooking surface depth and spire height. This guarantees a reliable fit with heat management devices and consistent performance bowl to bowl.
Depending on your packing style and flavour brand, the Onyx holds approximately 14 to 18 grams of flavour, delivering long lasting, efficient sessions without waste.
The thin lip design allows the bowl to work perfectly with both foil and major heat management devices.
