Shipping policy

Flat Rate Shipping:

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 on all orders under 5kg.

 

Heavy Orders:

For orders weighing over 5kg, a shipping fee of $15.00 will apply.

For orders weighing over 10kg, a shipping fee of $30.00 will apply.

For orders weighing over 20kg, a shipping fee of $40.00 will apply.

 

Express Shipping:

Express shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, taking into account the weight of your items and the distance to your destination.

 

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $200.00 or more. Additional charges will apply at checkout if Express shipping is selected.

 

Who we ship with:

We ship out products with Australia Post. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

When will my product be shipped?​

Your order will either be shipped same business day or next day. Due to volume of orders, we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped the same day so please allow 1-2 business day for your order to be shipped from our warehouse.

What if I place the order on Friday after the cut off?​

We will send your parcel on Monday morning as Australia Post don't operate on the weekends.​

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?​

We post our items from Mount Druitt, NSW, 2770, Australia. Please see estimated shipping times below as stated by Australia Post.​

Sydney Metro - 1 day.

NSW Regional - 1-2 days.

VIC - 1-2 days.

ACT - 1-2 days.

QLD - 2-3 days.

SA - 2-4 days.

NT - 2-4 days

WA - 3-5 days

TAS - 3-5 days

What if I am not home when my items is to be delivered? ​

The driver may leave your item in a safe place

What if my item is damaged during the delivery process?​

If you want to make a refund or exchange, we will send you a return tag for you to send it back to us. We pay for it.
