Damaged, Editing, Canceling and Ruturning Orders
Q: What if I receive my order and it is wrong or damaged?
A: Hey, we are human so mistakes do happen but the good news is that we’ll always work with you to resolve these issues. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue and, if possible, provide pictures of the damage/wrong item.
Q: How do I return my order?
A: As long as it is within 30 days of purchase you can send any UNUSED or unopened products back to us. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process that return but once we do we will reach out to you to see if you would prefer a return or exchange. Depending on the circumstances of the return you may be responsible for the return shipping.
Q: What if I just changed my mind after receiving the goods?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept that as a return. The item has to be damaged or the wrong item sent for a return. Again it must be UNUSED to make a return.
Q: Can I edit an order that has already been placed?
A: We may be able to edit your order prior to shipping. We ask that you call us immediately at 0431 369 271.
Q: What do I need to do to cancel an order?
A: Just let us know as soon as possible and we can get your order cancelled. However, if your package has already been shipped out you will be required to pay the original shipping fees associated with the order.

You can register on our website if you would like to receive monthly email updates on our new products, services, and promotions. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you "opt in" on our website. You may un-subscribe to this email at any time.
Who we ship with:
We ship out products with Australia Post. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
When will my product be shipped?
If you place your order before 11am, your items will be shipped out on the same day. If it is placed after 11am, your items will be shipped the next day.
What if I place the order on Friday after the cut off?
We will send your parcel on Monday morning as Australia Post don't operate on the weekends.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We post our items from Mount Druitt, NSW, 2770, Australia. Please see estimated shipping times below as stated by Australia Post.
Sydney Metro - 1 day.
NSW Regional - 1-2 days.
VIC - 1-2 days.
ACT - 1-2 days.
QLD - 2-3 days.
SA - 2-4 days.
NT - 2-4 days
WA - 3-5 days
TAS - 3-5 days
What if I am not home when my items is to be delivered?
The driver will leave a "Sorry we missed you card" in your mail box and will take your item to the nearest local post office.
Can I request my item be left in a safe place?
Yes. Simple leave that comment when placing your order.
What if my item is damaged during the delivery process?
If you want to make a refund or exchange, we will send you a return tag for you to send it back to us. We pay for it.
