General Questions

Q: How old do I have to be to purchase?

A: You must be 18 years old to purchase shisha products.

Q: Can I ship my order as a gift?

A: Yes you can! Please mention in the comments section at check out if you want this to be sent as a gift to a different address.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit card payments through Square. 

Q: Do you price match competitors?

A: Yes we do! Just keep in mind we do not consider all shisha websites as legitimate competitors and we may not be able to price match temporary sales or promotions. Price matching will be at the discretion of our customer service team. Please email us with the website and item and we will get back to you within the day.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A: We do not as we are just a retail distributor.

Shipping Information

Q: How fast will my order ship?

A: We ship packages out of Sydney, Australia. Typically, we try to get all orders shipped with 1 business day of you placing your order. Potential delays include but are not limited to holidays, inclement weather and when an item is out of stock (we will usually have the website updated with out of stock items)

Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?

A: As of now we only ship within Australia. If you place an order and your delivery address is outside of Australia then you will be refunded your money.

Q: Which shipping company do you use?

A: We usually post with Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping depends on your location and what items you purchase. We offer free shipping Sydney wide for purchased over $180.00

 

Damaged, Editing, Canceling Orders

Q: What if I receive my order and it is wrong or damaged?

A: Hey, we are human so mistakes do happen but the good news is that we’ll always work with you to resolve these issues. Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue and, if possible, provide pictures of the damage/wrong item.

Q: How do I return my order?

A: As long as it is within 30 days of purchase you can send any UNUSED or unopened products back to us. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process that return but once we do we will reach out to you to see if you would prefer a return or exchange. Depending on the circumstances of the return you may be responsible for the return shipping.

Q: What if I just changed my mind after receiving the goods?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept that as a return. The item has to be damaged or the wrong item sent for a return. Again it must be UNUSED to make a return.

Q: Can I edit an order that has already been placed?

A: We may be able to edit your order prior to shipping. We ask that you call us immediately at 0431 369 271.

Q: What do I need to do to cancel an order?

A: Just let us know as soon as possible and we can get your order cancelled. However, if your package has already been shipped out you will be required to pay the original shipping fees associated with the order.
